EXCHANGE & RETURN
We accept exchanges and returns for unworn jewelry items that were purchased directly from www.yun-yun-sun.com. To exchange or return a product to YYS, please follow these steps:
- Email us at email@example.com within 7 working days after the date of delivery of the products, with the subject as "Return (with your order number)". Please provide your proof of purchase and reasons for returning the product(s).
- Once approved for a return/exchange, please secure the product(s) and all of the original packing materials, including a filled out Return & Exchange Card, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (most post offices have these readily available).
- Send the product(s) by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Yun Yun Sun will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area. Mail the package to: 2F, No. 8, Tongan St, Daan Dist, Taipei City, 10677, Taiwan R.O.C
- We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international returns.
- You should NOT write jewelry or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
- Refunds are not eligible for fine jewelry or customized items.
- All items marked final sale, items on markdown, customized pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales cannot be returned.
- Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to YYS without a Return & Exchange Card will be shipped back to the sender.
All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 2-5 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to YUN YUN SUN.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
