To return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at within 7 working days after the date of delivery of the products, with the subject as "Return_your order number". Please provide your proof of purchase and reasons for returning the product(s). If it’s a defect claim, please be sure to attach clear photo for determination.
  2. Once approved, please secure the product(s) with original packing materials, including filled Return Card, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Send the parcel with tracking service (local post will do), as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Please note that YUN YUN SUN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
  3. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. Mail the package to the following contact: YUN YUN SUN Return Dept. No.86, Ln. 119, Sec. 3, Heping E. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 10675, Taiwan R.O.C. 
  4. Notify us when the parcel’s shipped and provide us the tracking information.

Please note:

  • All fine jewelry and customized items are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are not eligible for fine jewelry or customized items.
  • If the order's value after return is lower than our qualification for free shipping, cost of return shipment will be deducted from the refund. TWD$100 for domestic, while TWD$1500 (USD$50) for international shipment.
  • Do NOT indicate jewelry or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
  • All returns without filled Return Card will be shipped back to sender.
  • All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt and confirmation at our studio back to the card for payment.

     YUN YUN SUN reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns and repairs.
